Student Newsroom

The student newsroom is a group of students with a passion for journalism and photography. Ms. Meadhbh Sinclair is the teacher who co-ordinates the group. The student newsroom team is part of our overall newsroom team which also consists of Mr. Ryan Deegan who posts school news on Instagram and Mr. Damian Tully who posts school news to our school website. Our student newsroom team write articles based on school events and also recent news relevant to young people. We interview people and we photograph events. We go on lots of different trips and report back. We do lots of research and we pass on helpful information to other students and staff. We have recently received our Newsroom jumpers and a professional camera that we use to capture school events. There are a couple of members missing from this picture who are also a valued part of the Newsroom. Thanks for reading!
