We were also presented with a silver stem award: Please see below the email we received from Sheila Porter, Scifest Ireland below, which explains the details of our award.

I am delighted to congratulate you and the entire school community on being awarded a SciFest Silver STEM School Award.
The SciFest STEM School Awards recognise the outstanding support and commitment of school principals and teachers in second-level schools who, in collaboration with SciFest, have successfully implemented the SciFest@School STEM fair programme. This award is a testament to the dedication, enthusiasm and hard work of all involved in organising a SciFest@School each year and in fostering a strong STEM culture within the school.
The SciFest STEM School Awards set a national standard for best practice in STEM education in Ireland and play an important role in empowering young people to recognise the value of STEM in their everyday lives and in their future education and career choices.
The SciFest Silver STEM School Award is presented after five years of sustained engagement with SciFest. It consists of a framed certificate, which you have already received, and a digital badge to upload to your school website. We hope you will display this badge on your school website to showcase your school’s ongoing commitment to STEM education.
