Breda is a high-energy transformational leadership specialist who inspires individuals and organisations to embrace change and achieve exceptional personal and professional success. With over 20 years as a Defence Forces Officer and Senior Change Specialist in Financial Services, as well as co-founder of Lean-In Ireland, Breda combines her expertise in leadership, emotional intelligence, and equality to empower others through mindset, goal setting, and diversity-focused initiatives.
