COOLMINE CAKES RECIPE BOOK

The students and staff of Coolmine C.S have gathered their favourite cake and biscuit recipes and created this high quality, stunning recipe book. With the help of sponsors, we collected enough funds to cover the cost of the production so all the proceeds can go to the Peter McVerry Trust which is the charity close to our hearts. If you would like a chance to get your hands on one of these little gems before they sell out, they can be purchased at the School’s Reception or from Book Haven in Roselawn Shopping Centre for just €10. We will also aim to sell them at any future school events this school year. Thank you in advance for your support.
