Author Brian Gallagher Visits

As part of a collaborative project with Draíocht Arts Centre in Blanchardstown, Brian Gallagher, a local historical fiction writer visited our first year students today. He spoke to our students about what it`s like to be a writer, how to research a story and the process involved in getting a book published.

Brian also read some extracts from his book which concerns the period of history around 1916. This was followed by a short question and answer session. The talk was very informative and enjoyed by all!
