5th Year Student – Star Baker in Weeks 1 and 4 of Great Irish Bake Off

Well done to Alex Fitzpatrick (5th Year) who is competing in TV3’s ‘Great Irish Bake Off’. Alex has now been twice named ‘Star Baker’ by the adjudicators in weeks 1 and 4 of the series.
In week 4 Alex wowed the judges with a choux pastry Viking boat which he said was inspired by a project he had worked on in school (see here).
