The application form for admission to 1st year 2025/2026 is available below. The form will be available in hard copy during our open night (19th September 2024 6.30 pm-8.30 pm), and subsequently from the school reception. Please note that applications will be accepted (hard copy only) from the 1st of October 2024 to the 15th of October 2024. An application received from the 16th October 2024 is a late application.

Forms can be posted to Enrolment section, Coolmine Community School, Grove Road, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 D15FW97 or dropped in to reception.
