Late Applications Process

Please note that the school has now ceased accepting admissions. The school will consider and issue decisions on late applications in accordance with the school’s admission policy which is available at www.coolminecs.ie 

Step 1

Fill in the online enrolment form at the following link: https://tinyurl.com/y6k24lsn 

Step 2

Attach and email each the following to enrolment@coolminecs.ie

• A clear photo of your son/daughter (on light background, just head and shoulders).
• A photo of your son/daughter’s passport or birth certificate ensuring that the date of birth is visible.
• A photo or screenshot of 2 household bills which show your address clearly.

*Please write your son/daughter’s name and date of birth in the subject bar of the email

Step 3

Click on the ‘Easy Payments Plus’ link on the website and follow the instructions to pay the administration fee.
