Óga Yoga at Coolmine

First year students were given the opportunity to take part in a one hour Yoga class through the medium of Irish. This was an all-inclusive activity illustrating Irish in use outside of the classroom and highlighting the benefits of Yoga. Ciarán Mac Fhearghusa of Óga Yoga, explained the benefits of Yoga to students and the names of the poses in Irish and English. Students were thought how to breathe, relax and respect their physical and mental health. It was a great experience for all students who took part.
