Get Fit Weekly Challenge
In conjunction with our ‘Healthy Living Week 2015’ the PE Department are challenging staff and students in Coolmine to undertake the following:
Week 1 (Monday 19th to Friday 24th January)
- Walk or jog 1 km. Keep a record of your activity.
Week 2 (Monday 26th to Friday 30th January)
- Walk 10,000 steps on three days in the week. Keep a record of your activity.
Week 3 (Monday 2nd to Friday 6th February)
- Walk or job 1.5 Km. Keep a record of your activity.
Week 4 (Monday 9th to Friday 13th February)
- Jog for 2 Km non-stop. Keep a record of your activity.
Records of the activity can be sent onto the PE Department. Good luck to all taking up this challenge!
