All-Ireland Scholarship awarded to Coolminer

Congratulations to Liam Woods (Leaving Cert 2014) who has won a prestigious All-Ireland Scholarship. Liam was presented with his award at a ceremony held on November 8^th in the University of Limerick by Jan O’Sullivan, Minister for Education & Skills, and JP McManus who established the scholarship programme in 2008 with a donation of €30m.

Liam was awarded his scholarship on the basis of his outstanding Leaving Certificate results, and it will enable him to continue his studies in Maths and Physics in UCD.
